Well, we're here!! We did make it and that sure was a long flight! I thought we'd never get here but we did and our bodies are adjusting and we're having great fun! Today was our first vocational day and Garry, Grant and I visited the Dept. of Industry and Resources which was very interesting! Later in the afternoon, we did get to see some great WA animals. Read Lori's post and you'll get all the details. Anyway, just wanted to check in and say hello to all my family, friends and Rotarians back in SC!!! Tomorrow morning is our first presentation - wish us luck!!!!!

OK... well the hard part is OVER... getting there! I received a nice Email from Governor John who was quite impressed with y'all. And I understand that Lindsey & Shannon are staying with the DG & his wife Melodie. How did that happen? However it happened... be on your BEST BEHAVIOR!
I guess our time zones are a little different? I think you are 14 hours ahead of us... Yes? So you lost over a half day just getting there.

Hey Linds!!! I hope you are having a GREAT time! We miss you here! Eveything is great here - except its freezing! The high today is only 50 degrees! This is crazy! Maybe by the time you come back - you will bring some warmer weather with you!
I hope you are taking lots of pictures! You know I am going to be mad if I don't have a full photo album to look through when you get back!
